Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm, is hiring an attorney for our Youngstown office. This position offers a partnership track and generous bonus structure for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility and a long-term future with the firm.
The clients we serve face discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace violations. They need an attorney who can turn a difficult experience into a carefully developed case—and who has the preparation, judgment, and determination to see it through.
We are looking for someone who writes persuasively, asks good questions, and takes initiative. You will develop case strategy, work directly with clients, and build your litigation skills alongside colleagues who share your commitment to employee advocacy. Attorneys with experience in other areas of litigation are encouraged to apply.
