$70,000 - $110,000 yearly

• Manage plaintiff-side employment cases from initial evaluation through litigation and resolution.

• Develop case strategy, identify critical evidence, and assess the strengths and weaknesses of claims and defenses.

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.

• Take and defend depositions and prepare clients and witnesses to testify.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial work.

• Maintain clear, timely client communication and provide practical advice throughout the case.

• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to meet deadlines and move cases forward.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Ohio law license in good standing.

• Strong legal research, persuasive writing, and analytical skills.

• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• Confidence advocating for clients and professionalism when dealing with opposing counsel.

• A willingness to accept feedback, contribute to a team, and continue developing as a litigator.

• A commitment to representing employees and treating clients with respect and empathy.

• Litigation experience preferred; attorneys with transferable litigation skills are encouraged to apply even without prior employment-law experience.
