What You'll Do
- Use your technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage new customers
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate target companies and grow specific product lines
- Build strong customer relationships and develop SPIROL advocates
- Understand customer challenges and provide engineered solutions that add value
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and drive business growth
- Overcome obstacles with persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated with a customer focused mindset
- Sales, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
