Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for a Seasonal District Manager based in Baltimore, MD. The Seasonal District Manager will oversee store operations within the assigned district, ensure compliance with company policies, and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching store teams, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, optimizing store layouts, and ensuring visual merchandising standards. The role requires leading district-wide initiatives and maintaining strong communication with corporate and store leadership to drive success during the operational season.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills; ability to hire, train, and develop diverse retail teams
- Store operations expertise, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies
- Sales and marketing skills, including experience with developing and executing strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer experience
