Partnership Activation Intern
Position Summary
The Activation Intern will support the execution of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential
marketing initiatives across on-site and digital platforms. This role is ideal for an energetic, detail-
oriented individual interested in marketing, brand activation, and live event execution. The intern will
assist in bringing partnerships to life through high-quality fan, athlete, and guest experiences while
supporting operational planning and partner fulfillment.
Working closely with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Events teams, the Activation Intern will gain
hands-on experience in brand implementation, promotional strategy, and experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the execution of sponsorship and brand activations across events and venues
● Assist with on-site setup, breakdown, and quality control of branded experiences
● Help ensure partner assets, signage, and activations are properly placed and executed
● Track partner deliverables and activation requirements
● Support sampling, giveaways, and promotional experiences
● Assist with photo and content capture for partner reporting
● Help manage timelines, run-of-show documents, and activation checklists
● Coordinate with events, marketing, and operations teams
● Support partner communication and activation logistics
● Assist with post-activation recaps and reporting
