JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Sales Representatives present vacation opportunities to guests during scheduled in-person appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow a sales process that includes a tour of our beautiful resort.
- Develop commonality with guests.
- Present the benefits of joining Spinnaker Resorts as a vacation owner.
- Keep current on product knowledge, materials, and industry trends.
- Participate with Team building functions with the sales management
- Implementation and execution of Corporate policies and procedures as required
- Participate in weekly meetings and training as required with Sales teams
- Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to effectively deal with people and situations
OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
