SpineSearch is working with an established orthopedic practice affiliated with a leading health system and is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist to join their growing team in Manhattan. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment alongside experienced orthopedic specialists, with access to the resources and stability of a larger health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and proper technique
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation within the EMR system
- Follow all radiation safety guidelines to protect patients, staff, and self
- Assist with additional clinical or administrative duties as needed within the practice
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required
- ARRT certification required (or eligible)
- State licensure as required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior orthopedic or outpatient experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, primarily outpatient setting
- May require travel between nearby office locations depending on practice needs
Salary : $40 - $45
