Our ESPs embody our core values while maintaining a high level of professionalism, urgency, and warmth. We are a high-volume restaurant, so the ability to stay calm, collected, and positive while managing a 5–7 table section is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and extraordinary service to every guest.
- Maintain a sense of urgency while staying calm under pressure.
- Manage a 5–7 table section with consistency and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the FOH and HOH teams.
- Uphold Spinato’s hospitality standards and core values at all times.
- Ensure guest concerns are addressed quickly and with kindness.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Minimum 6 months’ serving experience required.
- Open weekend availability: Friday–Sunday, plus 2–3 weekday shifts.
- Friendly, professional, and able to maintain composure during high-volume service.
- Current Food Handler’s Card
- AZ Alcohol Certification
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
