Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Manager
Location: Newark, NJ
Experience Required:
- 10 years in System Integration, Program/Project Management (Agile & Waterfall), Enterprise Architecture, ERP Solutions, Business Intelligence
- 10 years extracting business requirements and designing IT solutions aligned to business processes and strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations (planning, design, build, test, go-live)
- Manage project team, workstreams, financials, risks/issues, and deliverables
- Gather requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design to-be processes, configure system, conduct testing, and train users
- Facilitate workshops, create blueprints, drive decisions, and ensure best-practice adoption
- Coordinate with functional leads, manage data conversion, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- 3 years in functional/consulting role on Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management
- Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Deep knowledge of North American HCM processes and US regulatory requirements
