Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Project ManagerLocation: Newark, NJContract duration: 05 months Interview Mode: Webcam Complete Description:Seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Manager to lead an enterprise-wide Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.Responsibilities:• Lead multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), covering planning, design, build, testing, and go-live. • Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Manage project teams and workstream leads to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. • Oversee project financials, risks, and issues; take corrective action when necessary. • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with leadership and project stakeholders. • Support system strategy, requirements gathering, business documentation, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, configuration, testing, and user training. • Plan and track project deliverables and milestones. • Lead business teams through the project lifecycle with emphasis on best-practice adoption. • Prepare solution blueprints and process designs for implementation. • Conduct product familiarization and training sessions for business teams. • Lead requirements workshops, drive decisions, and facilitate productive discussions. • Support all implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support. • Translate business requirements into system configuration and design specifications. • Guide testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live readiness. • Demonstrate solution concepts through Proof of Concepts or Conference Room Pilots. • Coordinate design and configuration across all Oracle HCM Cloud functional leads. • Assist with legacy data conversion and data validation. • Lead test case development and user acceptance testing.Preferred Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience. • Minimum 3 years in a functional advisory or consulting role focused on Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management. • At least 2 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. • Expertise in North American HCM processes and U.S. regulatory requirements. • Prior experience with consulting or system integrator environments. • Oracle Cloud Certification preferred. • Ability to anticipate project needs, develop alternative solutions, and support delivery teams.Required Skills:• 10 years of hands-on experience in System Integration, Program & Project Management (Agile & Waterfall), Enterprise Architecture, ERP Solutions, and Business Intelligence. • 10 years of experience extracting business requirements and architecting IT solutions aligned with organizational processes and operational goals.#CB #DICEvTech Solution Inc. is a Managed IT Services firm headquartered in Washington, DC.
