Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 24 months
Location: Remote. May required to come into the office for special assignment at 335 Adam Street, Brooklyn, NY-11201.
Experience: 5 Years
Duties:
Assist with processing consultant invoices (reviewing, auditing, tracking in Excel, submitting for payment)
Assist with scheduling, tracking and starting Zoom meetings
Create solicitation timelines
Complete and track work assignments
Onboarding and Off boarding of consultants
Execute all other duties and assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to initiate and complete work assignments, accurately track assignments/report on status of work load and show accountability for workload
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of DocuSign
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skill.
