We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing support to our Managers and Supervisors, assisting with daily office requirements, and managing the company's general administrative activities. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant: - Maintain and organize electronic documentation of records, ensuring both accuracy and confidentiality. - Provide administrative support to the President, including responsibilities related to scheduling, correspondence, and special projects. - Assist management with event planning, procurement of apparel supplies, and initiatives aimed at employee appreciation. - Conduct research and gather information on companies, suppliers, or venues as necessary. - Communicate with clients and vendors to initiate or follow up on various projects. - Provide support to other teams with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. - Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service is required. - Ability to manage communication through both telephone and email channels. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
