Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, creating 100% satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct check-in meetings to understand hiring needs and company culture.
• Source, headhunt, and interview candidates for roles across many industries
• Manage the entire candidate experience: from the initial screen to interview prep and offer negotiation.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future openings.

Education: High School

• Diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary preferred

Experience: 24 months

• Customer service experience - retail, hospitality, call center, front desk, etc., Office support experience, Experience working with the public via phone, email, or in person
