Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Specialist to support a fast-paced marketing team. This is a fully remote, part-time contract role focused on coordinating marketing activities, supporting website updates, and assisting with internal systems tied to sales and marketing operations.
This position is ideal for someone with administrative, marketing, or sales support experience who is looking to gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of marketing.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing updates to the company website, including maintaining and updating directories
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external agencies to ensure marketing updates are completed accurately and on time
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for marketing-related projects
- Assist with basic project coordination across multiple marketing initiatives
- Support internal systems related to sales and marketing, including adding users and maintaining materials
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
Qualifications
- Background or interest in marketing, administrative support, or sales support
