This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, creative production, and eCommerce operations, ensuring that compelling brand storytelling translates into strong digital shelf performance and shopper conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital commerce content strategies across major retail platforms
• Translate brand plans into actionable content briefs and oversee execution from concept through delivery
• Manage content production workflows, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
• Optimize content for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, Kroger, and other leading retailers
• Partner closely with creative, media, brand, and commerce teams to drive content excellence
• Implement content management processes, measurement frameworks, and AI-enabled optimization tools
• Analyze performance and continuously improve digital shelf effectiveness
Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in digital content, eCommerce, marketing operations, or digital shelf management
• Strong understanding of retail content optimization and eCommerce best practices
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, project management tools, and creative production workflows
• Experience working with major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
