Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in the Orange County Metropolitan Area. The Associate Attorney will handle day-to-day duties including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements and contracts, and specializing in labor and employment law. The role involves working with a team to ensure legal compliance and support for our clients' business operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Proficient in Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and on-site
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in the State Bar of California
