About The Position

The Partnerships & Community Specialist is a mid-level marketing role focused on growing brand, creator, and company partnerships while also managing the company's online community presence. This person will help identify, initiate, coordinate, and manage creator relationships, sponsorship opportunities, and brand collaborations, while also monitoring and responding across social media platforms, review sites, forums, and online communities. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable nurturing relationships, and managing multiple conversations, deliverables, and timelines at once. This role should be highly comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day execution, drafting, workflow support, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and support creator, influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of partnership programs, including outreach, follow-up, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and tracking.
  • Draft briefs, campaign outlines, talking points, and content guidelines for partners and collaborators.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, promotional partnerships, and related campaign support across marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s affiliate marketing program through Impact.com, including partner coordination, performance monitoring, link management, and ongoing program optimization.
  • Support the negotiation and management of partnership agreements, advocating for company priorities, pushing for fair and productive terms, holding partners accountable to agreed-upon deliverables, and routing final approvals through leadership as needed.
  • Review partnership deliverables for brand alignment, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Monitor and manage community engagement across social media channels, online forums, review platforms, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Respond to reviews, comments, and community interactions across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Airbnb forums, Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and BBB.
  • Help maintain an organized pipeline of active, prospective, and past partners, along with performance notes and follow-up tasks.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to support drafting, response workflows, research, and process efficiency.
  • Track partnership and community activity and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer or creator marketing, community management, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience managing external relationships, deliverables, timelines, and campaign coordination.
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence communicating in a clear, brand-aligned way across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms, online communities, and review environments.
  • Experience using marketing, reporting, or workflow tools such as monday.com, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
  • Experience reviewing content or campaign deliverables and coordinating approvals.
  • Comfortable using AI tools extensively to support drafting, response development, organization, and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing conversations and projects at once.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsive work style.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with creator partnerships, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or brand collaboration programs.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, insurance, real estate, or other consumer-facing service categories.
  • Familiarity with online reputation management or community moderation.
  • Exposure to FTC disclosure or campaign compliance standards.
  • Experience with review platforms, community tools, or customer-facing digital communication systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Location

This role is remote within the United States. Candidates based in or near Bozeman, Montana are expected to work in-office. Hybrid flexibility may be considered over time based on performance, role alignment, and business needs.

Salary Transparency

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $66,000-$76,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid time off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required for conferences, meetings, or partner-related events.

30 / 60 / 90-Day Success

  • 30 days: Learn current partnership workflows, begin monitoring core community channels, and draft outreach and response templates.
  • 60 days: Launch or support active partnership outreach, manage community responses across priority channels, and begin coordinating deliverables with limited oversight.
  • 90 days: Maintain an organized pipeline of partners, manage ongoing community engagement consistently, and contribute measurable improvements in responsiveness, coverage, or partnership activity.
