SPG Paint and Stain LLC is looking for experienced painters to add to our team. We are a full service painting company looking to expand its workforce. We are looking to hire motivated people who have experience painting homes ranging from residential to new construction scopes of work. We do full exterior and interior painting on residential shore homes. Must be ok on ladders and preform clean work and tasks assigned. Must keep a clean work area daily and work safely as well as being detail oriented and professional. No sloppy work will be tolerated Work is 40 hrs. a week, Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm. Must have reliable transportation and driver license, NO EXCEPTIONS. Experience is REQUIRED. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
We work mostly in Long Beach Island in Ocean County.
Summary
As a Painter/Laborer, you will be essential in delivering high-quality residential and commercial painting services. Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize your core skills in residential and construction painting, along with hand tools, to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Your understanding of color theory and construction estimating will enhance your ability to meet client expectations. Additionally, your relevant skills in blueprint reading, plastering, and renovation will contribute to the successful execution of various projects, making you a vital part of our construction team.
Responsibilities

- Utilize hand tools and equipment to apply paint efficiently.

- Assist with renovation tasks and basic carpentry as needed.
