Job Responsibilities
- Prep and paint residential interiors and exteriors
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Safely handle ladders, tools, and painting equipment
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of residential painting experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and on a team
Preferred:
- Experience with exterior painting and high-end finishes
- Knowledge of surface prep, spraying, and fine detailing
- Ladder safety and/or OSHA certifications
