Speridian is investing in hiring and training **students and graduates from universities in New Mexico.**We are excited to continue our New Wave accelerator with two classes. Speridian will be hiring for a paid**6-month training program at the Albuquerque, NM office**. This program offers employment to candidates for 6-months to train and learn with the goal of future employment opportunities at Speridian.
The training program includes learning courses for developing technical and functional expertise aligned to industry-leading software technologies and analyst needs. This training program offers a blend of instructor-led, in-person, and virtual guided learning. You will be learning from industry experts.
The desired outcome for the individuals accepted into the program would be placement into Speridian as a Techno-Functional Configurator.
