Strong foundational understanding of:
• SQL and relational databases
• JavaScript fundamentals
• APIs and JSON structures
• Web application architecture
• Data workflows and integrations
Training & Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to early-career engineers and analysts.
• Experience creating training materials, technical documentation, or instructional content.
• Ability to facilitate interactive learning sessions and workshops.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into system logic.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to guide trainees through problem resolution and system analysis.
Preferred Experience
