We are partnering with a major construction organization seeking a Junior Project Scheduler to support large-scale data center and infrastructure projects in Bowling Green, OH.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project controls / scheduling career who has Primavera P6 experience and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting complex construction projects.

This position will start as a contract role, with strong potential for extension or conversion to a direct hire position based on performance and project needs.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6

• Support senior schedulers and project managers with schedule updates and reporting

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and schedule performance

• Coordinate with field teams and project leadership to gather schedule updates

• Identify schedule risks and support mitigation strategies

• Maintain schedule documentation and reporting for project stakeholders

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Scheduler Level 1 or Level 2 experience

✔ Experience supporting Data Center, Large Infrastructure, or General Contractor projects

✔ Primavera P6 experience required

✔ Strong organizational and analytical skills

✔ Ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams
