We are currently supporting a client in the Nashville area seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative on active facility and building modification projects. This is a high-impact, on-site role requiring a strong field presence and the ability to drive alignment between General Contractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, remain on budget, and meet all design and operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between General Contractors and Design/Architecture teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and execution
• Oversee project budgets, track costs, and proactively identify risks or potential overruns
• Provide detailed reporting on project progress, schedules, and financial performance
• Partner with internal finance teams to maintain accurate forecasts and cost projections
• Lead coordination of facility construction and building modification efforts
• Maintain visibility across field operations, factory activities, and office teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and maintain project momentum
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Owner’s Rep within industrial, facility, or infrastructure projects
• Strong background working with General Contractors and Design/Architecture teams
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
• Ability to operate effectively in both field and office environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• Experience supporting energy or infrastructure projects (BESS highly desirable)
• PMP Certification
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards
