Now Hiring: Network Support Engineer (IT/OT | SCADA | Deployment)
📍 Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Network Support Engineer to join a growing Network & Software Deployment team supporting mission-critical industrial and energy infrastructure projects.

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing
- Support network design and integration (topologies, IP schemes, architecture)
- Configure and deploy servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Partner with Controls & SCADA teams on FAT/SAT testing and commissioning
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and system performance issues
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and configurations
- Support field deployments and on-site system integration
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in network support, administration, or engineering
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, firewalls, and network architecture
- Experience with enterprise hardware (Cisco or similar)
- Ability to troubleshoot systems in live/field environments
- Exposure to SCADA, industrial, or OT environments is a plus
➕ Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, MQTT)
- Familiarity with Linux, scripting (Bash/Ansible), or virtualization (VMware/Docker)
- Background in renewable energy, BESS, or industrial infrastructure
