Intern Role 2: Data Engineering / Data Science Intern
Function: Emerging Segments & Intelligence
Business Need:
Support growing demand for scalable, high-quality data infrastructure to enable commercial forecasting, pricing intelligence, and market analysis. Current workflows rely heavily on manual processes and inconsistent datasets, limiting the team’s ability to deliver timely insights and self-serve analytics across commercial teams.
Project Scope:
· Build and improve data pipelines supporting market and commercial datasets
· Convert fragmented Excel-based data into structured, scalable data models
· Standardize schemas across datasets used for forecasting and intelligence
· Support preparation of analytics-ready datasets for dashboards and reporting
· Improve reproducibility and automation of forecasting workflows
Top Deliverables (Project Driven):
1. Fully structured and standardized dataset(s) for at least one priority market or use case
2. Automated ETL workflow for ingesting and transforming commercial data
3. Dashboard-ready dataset and documentation for use by BI / commercial teams
