What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Accounts Specialist position at SPEEDY CPS LLC?
The starting point for this role is a Customer Service Specialist that is designed to help customers that walk in and call about projects that they need our assistance. This role has a three-level training certification process that a person will be required to complete. This training program is set up to complete in 5-7 months and is an excellent starting point for our industry and our company. The training program is a foundational learning program that will teach you about our business, industry, our products, services, systems and our processes.

Qualifications:Responsibilities
Be able to understand the customer need and help deliver the project they need for their business
Be an expert with the MIS and be able to enter orders quickly and correctly
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or customers
Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce products or services and close sales.
Help with developing and implement account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability from existing accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Site surveys
Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to learn and become an expert in the ordering platform in use.
Ability to solve problems and be solutions oriented
Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
Understanding computer software, especially CRM systems and sales software
Professional customer service demeanor
Very reliable and good work ethic

Work Schedules and Arrangements
Onsite position
Hourly plus bonus program paid out monthly when sales levels are achieved

830am-530 Monday through Friday
