We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team as an independent 1099 contractor.
Position Overview
The SLPA will provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position offers the opportunity to work with an amazing population of children in a fun, family-centered setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises developed by the supervising SLP.
- Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding carryover activities and progress.
- Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and state practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with the supervising SLP and interdisciplinary team as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Florida SLPA license in good standing.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an approved SLPA program.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the supervising SLP.

Compensation
Per treatment session:
Up to $36
Schedule
- Part-time / Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
