Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining clinicians and administrative staff. This position works closely with leadership to create a structured, compliant, and engaging employee experience while helping shape HR systems as the organization continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, solutions-focused, and eager to grow within an expanding healthcare organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Salary range equivalent: Up to $72,800 annually (not including bonus opportunities)
- Bonus potential: Performance-based incentives tied to division metrics

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Recruit qualified therapists and administrative staff
- Create, update, and manage job postings
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage follow-ups
- Implement effective recruitment strategies for therapist hiring
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates
- Ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and confident in their roles
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely completion of required documents
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
- Track credentials, licensure, and required documentation
- Create and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
Employee Relations & Culture
- Promote a positive, supportive, and professional workplace culture
- Serve as a trusted resource for workplace concerns
- Support leadership with performance concerns and improvement plans
- Facilitate employee development and growth opportunities
Retention & Engagement
- Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover trends
- Help develop strategies to improve morale and retention
- Facilitate communication between leadership and staff
- Ensure employees feel heard, supported, and valued
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with compliance tasks, acknowledgements, and training tracking
- Support benefits administration and HR systems
- Complete internal reporting and HR organization
Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with leadership to improve HR systems and workflows
- Help develop internal processes as the company grows
- Create training materials and internal resources
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership
- Working knowledge of recruitment and employee retention practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in HR support, employee training, operations, or HR administrative roles (or comparable experience)
- Experience with employee relations
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare, education, or therapy settings preferred
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience recruiting therapists or healthcare professionals
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Google Workspace
- Interest in long-term growth within a growing organization
