What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based virtual speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct evaluations and support individualized, goal-driven IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions (with encouragement and support!)
- Track progress and complete documentation with clarity and care
- Use secure, easy-to-navigate teletherapy platforms and digital tools

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience is a plus (IEPs, evaluations, compliance)
- A positive, student-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
