The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager who thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll shape the employee experience, elevate our culture, and partner directly with leadership to ensure our people and teams grow as fast as the company.

This is not a traditional HR role. You’ll be coaching PJi leaders and team members, improving systems, driving accountability, and helping employees perform at their best in an environment that rewards initiative and continuous improvement.


  • Requirements: You’re an experienced HR professional who excels at building relationships, navigating change, and developing people. You bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution, and you enjoy being part of a fast-moving organization where priorities shift and opportunities emerge quickly.

    Requirements

    7 years of HR experience, including leadership or HR business partner roles.

    Strong capability in employee relations, coaching, performance management, and organizational development.

    Experience supporting high-growth or fast-changing environments.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

    A balance of empathy, accountability, and sound judgment.

    Tech-savvy mindset - Comfort with HR systems and technology.

    Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification or advanced degree preferred.


  • Responsibilities: Shape the Employee Experience: Build programs that strengthen culture, engagement, professionalism, and performance.

    Lead HR Operations: Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations with excellence.

    Develop Leaders: Train, coach, and equip managers to lead high-performing teams.

    Drive Performance: Implement systems that encourage accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

    Partner with Leadership: Align HR initiatives with company goals and support strategic decision-making.

    Support Change & Growth: Help evolve processes, structure, and communication as the company scales.

    Champion Clarity: Foster transparency, consistency, and communication across the organization.
