Speech Improvement Center is a private practice specializing in pediatric speech-language pathology services. We are hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our clinic team at multiple California locations.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) in accordance with California requirements
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license (or CF eligible)
- Experience with pediatric population preferred
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
