We are a pediatric speech and language clinic rooted in a play-based, relationship-driven approach. Our work is grounded in supporting not just the child—but the entire family system. What makes this position different:

✔ SLP/SLP-CF: Full-time position (salary): $80,000–$97,000 (depending on experience)

✔ SLP/SLP-CF: Part-time position (hourly rate): $60-70/hr (depending on experience)

✔ SLPA: Full-time/part-time position (hourly rate): $40-50 (depending on experience)

✔ Manageable daily caseload

✔ Paid documentation time built into schedule

✔ Mix of clinic-based sessions and local home/daycare visits (we cluster locations to reduce driving)

✔ Create your own schedule

✔ Full-time & part-time positions available (opportunities to work evenings and weekends)

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is a licensed SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA
• Has a strong clinical foundation—and a desire to keep growing
• Feels comfortable being playful, animated, and child-led in sessions
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with families
