Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Plano, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building customer relationships, prospecting new leads, managing accounts, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications clearly
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing customer accounts
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
