About the Role
We're seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team within the financial services/energy space. This role is ideal for a strong financial modeler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to strategic initiatives, including M&A activity.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
- Support M&A due diligence, valuation, and integration analysis
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights
- Prepare variance analysis, financial reporting packages, and ad hoc analyses
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and business unit leaders
What You'll Need
- 3–5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within financial services or energy
- Strong financial modeling skills
- M&A experience (due diligence, valuation, or integration)
- Systems-savvy, with strong Excel skills; experience with financial planning/reporting tools a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
