The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the candidate experience by providing high-level coordination and administrative support within a fast-paced talent acquisition environment. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the candidate experience by providing high-level coordination and administrative support within a fast-paced talent acquisition environment. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, organized, and positive recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (virtual and onsite), managing logistics, materials, and communication throughout the process
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks across the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Enhance the candidate experience by identifying and suggesting process improvements
- Assist in the planning and execution of job fairs, recruiting events, and networking initiatives (including virtual events)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates
- Manage candidate feedback surveys and assist with reporting and insights
- Provide ongoing support for process improvements and additional ad hoc projects as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition efforts
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience coordinating processes and improving workflows is preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within the role
