SUMMARY
An established distribution organization is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Inventory Supervisor to oversee evening warehouse operations. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, team leadership, and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment. 2nd Shift: 3pm – 12am (Monday – Friday)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily inventory control operations including cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reporting accuracy
• Lead and support warehouse team members to ensure efficient execution of stocking and inventory processes
• Review inventory data and reports to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct audits and analyze inventory performance to maintain high accuracy levels
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and recommend process enhancements when needed
• Address operational issues independently and escalate when necessary
• Maintain records and documentation related to inventory and warehouse activity
• Perform routine inspections to ensure warehouse organization, safety, and compliance
• Distribute and manage employee equipment as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision
• At least 3 years of hands-on inventory management experience
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Ability to troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with warehouse systems and inventory controls
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance
