SUMMARY
We are seeking an Immigration Specialist to provide short-term administrative support for a busy corporate employment-based immigration program. This individual will help ensure immigration documentation is complete, accurate, and processed within established deadlines while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior corporate immigration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support for employment-based immigration cases and related documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate immigration files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review immigration documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Track case deadlines and ensure required documentation is received and processed on time.
- Assist with employment-based immigration processes and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and supporting documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and immigration information.
- Support the Immigration Manager with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable immigration regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of corporate/internal employment-based immigration experience required.
- Experience supporting employment-based immigration documentation and case administration.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with outside immigration counsel is a plus.
