HRIS Project Manager

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver HRIS, ERP, payroll, timekeeping, and business systems projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate HR-related activities associated with enterprise software deployments and system integrations.
• Support merger, acquisition, and integration projects, ensuring smooth transition of processes, data, and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams to align project objectives and meet critical deadlines.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Lead project meetings, gather requirements, document action items, and drive resolution of project challenges.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and communicate status updates.
• Assist with change management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives tied to system enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience managing HRIS, ERP, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP implementations is highly desirable.
• Background leading acquisition integrations, system migrations, or large-scale organizational transformation projects preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar systems.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or comparable applications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
