Sales Business Analyst

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting structures that support business intelligence initiatives.
• Create interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence tools to monitor key metrics.
• Write advanced SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze data across multiple internal systems.
• Build Python-based scripts to automate recurring data tasks, streamline reporting, and support analytical projects.
• Partner with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and convert business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Document reporting logic, processes, and data workflows for consistency and transparency.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies and present insights that support operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience working in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytics-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills including complex joins, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
• Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, or data migration initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
