Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY

Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the sales and production process for a growing manufacturing company. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into production specifications. The position works closely with sales, operations, prepress, and external clients to manage accounts and support new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of printing processes, materials, and production tools
• Enter and manage incoming orders, quotes, and proofs via multiple communication channels
• Monitor orders through the full production workflow and proactively manage updates
• Coordinate the preparation and processing of electronic artwork for production
• Provide product and application knowledge to customers and prospects
• Address technical inquiries and assist in identifying solutions
• Manage assigned customer accounts with organized documentation and notes
• Collaborate with internal teams including manufacturing and prepress to ensure timely processing
• Support sales in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Use ERP and job tracking systems to enter and manage work orders
• Follow company standards, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Consistent attendance and punctuality required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
