A well-capitalized multifamily investment and asset management firm — backed by one of the largest global private equity platforms — is looking for a sharp, ambitious Analyst to join its growing team.

.You'll work alongside the VP and Director to underwrite new acquisitions and drive performance across a national multifamily portfolio.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial, cash flow, and return models
• Interpret property-level financials, including T12 statements, to spot trends and anomalies
• Underwrite multifamily deals and build competitive market/rent analyses
• Produce weekly and monthly asset management reporting
• Create PowerPoint decks and investment memos for acquisition opportunities
• Leverage AI tools (especially Claude) to automate reporting and work smarter

What we're looking for

• 3–4 years in CRE investment, asset management, or financial analysis (2 years multifamily required
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's from a strong 4-year university
• Hungry, proactive, and comfortable holding your own alongside top-tier PE counterparts
• A curious problem solver excited to use technology and AI to perform at the highest level
