Role Overview
Seeking a driven Institutional High Yield Sales professional to distribute below-investment-grade credit products to institutional investors. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role with exposure to complex, event-driven transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Market High Yield and Emerging Markets credit to institutional investors (hedge funds, CLOs, credit funds)
Generate trade ideas and drive secondary trading flow in leveraged credit
Partner with trading, research, and capital markets on new issue execution
Provide market color, relative value analysis, and investor feedback
Build and expand relationships with active High Yield accounts
Qualifications
3–10 years of Institutional Sales experience in High Yield, Leveraged Finance, or EM credit
Proven track record selling non-investment-grade products (HY bonds, leveraged loans, stressed/distressed)
Existing relationships with High-Yield-focused investors are strongly preferred
Background at a bulge bracket, middle market, or boutique investment bank/broker-dealer
Familiarity with Private Credit is a plus

This role is focused on below-investment-grade credit. Candidates with primarily investment-grade sales experience are not a fit.
