Associate / Senior Analyst – Corporate Development (M&A & Strategy)

What You’ll Do:
Execute live M&A transactions across a consumer / retail platform
Build valuation models (DCF, comps) and assess investment opportunities
Support diligence and evaluate key risks and drivers
Create investment memos and leadership materials
Analyze growth initiatives, new markets, and capital deployment
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors
Background
1.5–4 years in IB,PE, TAS, Corp Dev, or consulting with deal exposure
Strong modeling valuation skills
Experience in transactions or structured deal processes
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
