What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatrist position at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc.?
Location: Outpatient programs throughout the state of MA
Schedule: Part time, Monday-Friday. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization

Qualifications:
- MD Psychiatrist licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Experience in substance abuse preferred.
The Supervising Psychiatrist is responsible for:
- Providing direct client services which includes mental health evaluations, formulation of psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, and developing initial treatment plans.
- Supervision and oversight of the Nurse Practitioners.
- Participating as a member of the multidisciplinary team and working closely with Clinical team for the Outpatient programs.
