Sous Chef

Spectrum Generations is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to the communities we serve. The Sous Chef assists with food preparation, menu execution, inventory management, food safety compliance, and kitchen staff supervision.

• Culinary experience in a commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
