Maine Pine Catering is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Per Diem Event Staff to join our growing hospitality team. Whether we're serving elegant weddings, corporate galas, community celebrations, private parties, or operating our new concept at the Fryeburg Fair, our event staff play a critical role in creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

As a member of our event team, you may:

Set up event spaces, banquet rooms, bars, buffets, and dining areas

Assist with décor, tablescapes, and guest-facing presentation

Serve buffet food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients

Assist with weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and community celebrations

Work with bartenders and event leads to keep service running smoothly

Help with event breakdown, cleanup, and equipment recovery

Represent the Maine Pine Catering brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Duties vary by event size and staffing needs, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple event roles.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking team members who are:

· Dependable and punctual

· Comfortable working as part of a team

· Able to follow directions while staying proactive

· Professional in appearance and communication

· Able to remain positive during busy event environments

· Available evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Previous hospitality, banquet, restaurant, catering, bartending, customer service, or event experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right people.

Bonus Skills

· Bartending experience

· TIPS Certification

· ServSafe Food Handler Certification

· Event setup or banquet experience

· Cash handling experience

(Not required, but definitely a plus!)
