At Spectrum Generations, we’re dedicated to fighting food insecurity and improving the lives of older and disabled adults in our community. We’re currently seeking a Meals on Wheels Site Coordinator to join our team in Brunswick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, compassionate, and ready to take a leadership role in coordinating our vital Nutrition Programs, including Meals on Wheels, our Pet Food Assistance Program, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, and Senior Farm Share.

What You'll Do:

As the Meals on Wheels Site Coordinator, you will play a critical role in:

• Coordinating daily operations of our community center’s nutrition programs, ensuring the smooth delivery of meals to homebound adults.
• Leading a team of dedicated volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful meal deliveries.
• Assessing eligibility for services and ensuring accurate data collection and storage.
• Making a direct impact in your community by helping to alleviate food insecurity among older and disabled adults.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Be comfortable with data entry and using Microsoft Office tools.
• Be compassionate, dedicated, and excited about working in a nonprofit environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (post-secondary education a plus).
• 2 years of nonprofit experience (preferred, but not required).
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification (to be obtained within 6 months).

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: On-site in Brunswick
Travel: Occasional local travel
