Spectrum for Living is a not-for-profit organization committed to serving adults with developmental and physical disabilities. We provide barrier-free residential and day programs, as well as a full range of support services including medical/nursing care, psychological support, recreational and educational programming, therapeutic services, respite care, and supported employment opportunities.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Director to oversee our residential homes in Paramus, Maywood, and Elmwood Park. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have proven experience in the field, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and services.
- Oversee all property management and ensure compliance with fire, safety, health, licensing, and agency standards.
- Manage program budgets and financial oversight for program-assigned funds.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate Individualized Habilitation Plans and behavioral programs in alignment with best practices and Spectrum for Living’s standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred).
- Supervisory experience working with developmentally disabled adults.
- Knowledge of DDD licensing standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-call required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
