Your Impact We are looking for a Production Technician II who will contribute to the success of the Production Team, applying their expertise in calibration of instruments to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement. The Role We are looking for a Production Technician II to perform alignment and calibration of instruments and use logical troubleshooting techniques to troubleshoot and repair instruments in a product family. Job Responsibilities Perform laser and optic alignment and calibration of instruments in a product family Use logical troubleshooting techniques to repair instruments in a product family Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies Train others in those operations where designated as qualified Identify and segregate report trends and provide disposition recommendations for non-conforming materials Maintain quality documents to ensure process flow and control Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Required Qualifications Associates degree in Electronics (two-year vocational education) or equivalent Able to read and follow written, graphic and pictorial procedures Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills Must be able to read analog and digital circuit schematic diagrams Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite Strong customer focus Preferred Qualifications Six months of related experience in a manufacturing environment Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an in-office position 100% of the time This role primarily operates in an manufacturing environment. For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
