Job Title: AI Learning Strategist

Location: New York, NY 10010

Duration: 12 Months

Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote)

Position Overview

The AI Learning Strategist will support enterprise-wide learning initiatives focused on AI fluency, digital capabilities, and future skills. The role includes leading the development of the company’s AI Academy and designing learning programs that support the organization’s evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and design of AI learning programs aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and launch the AI Academy.
• Design learning content for live, virtual, and on-demand delivery formats.
• Create learning pathways, toolkits, and use cases to support AI adoption.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, Communications, and other teams to integrate AI learning into existing development frameworks.
• Use learning analytics, engagement data, and business metrics to measure impact and refine programs.
• Serve as an advisor to senior leaders and vendors on AI capability development.
• Support LMS administration, including registrations, attendance tracking, and feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of Learning & Development experience, including experience with enterprise learning or AI-focused initiatives.
• Strong experience in learning strategy and curriculum development for technical or AI audiences.
• Experience managing vendors and working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating courses and managing LMS operations.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure learning impact.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in technology or financial services.
